We understand the sensitive nature of business information and are committed to maintaining strict confidentiality. We will:

9. Limitation of Liability

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms or any service agreement:

• 为方便起见，提前30天书面通知
• 对于在15天通知后仍未纠正的重大违约，立即终止
• 如果另一方破产或申请破产，立即终止

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or pandemic conditions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Yangquan City, Shanxi Province, China.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yanggui Can Tech regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
